We recently conducted our 3rd Annual State of Digital survey for Fast Casual and QSR concepts with over 25 locations. This report highlights 2021 performance and 2022 priorities as reported by 65 respondents from 59 brands.

This year’s survey uncovered top investment areas for 2022, as well as 2021 digital growth averages and top-performing strategies from the first full year under the pandemic. Most brands reported they are prioritizing efficiency in 2022, with a focus on consolidating systems such as Front & Back of House.
