We recently conducted our 2nd annual State of Digital survey for Fast Casual and QSR concepts with over 25 locations. This report highlights 2020 performance and 2021 priorities as reported by 103 respondents from 80 brands.
The survey uncovered top investment areas for 2021, as well as 2020 digital growth averages and top-performing pandemic strategies. Most brands reported they’ll upgrade at least some part of their digital ecosystem in 2021.
